The Sweet Briar Art Gallery offers a variety of tours. Staff and volunteers are proud to support area children with educational programs like the Akalypta Tour offered for Amherst area third graders. Also area Girl Scout Troops can take similar tours. Tours are led by Sweet Briar students involved in the volunteer docent program.

Arts Day is an annual event held in the spring semester which celebrates the arts. Area fifth graders come to Sweet Briar to attend a variety of workshops exploring various art forms, from dance to jewelry making.

Ukiyo-e and You is a new tour available at the Sweet Briar Art Gallery. Area first graders explore the culture of Japan and the art of Japanese woodblock printmaking.
